I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl
I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Ran over to Zion Bank then up to the middle school, where Sunny picked me up. Good run I ran the 3rd mile in 6:45. I'm still feeling a lot of pain in my hip.

Your doing just fine for this time of year. Hopefully the hip will feel better as we move into spring but it's still winter so not really time to stress about it.
