I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Ran from the gym to the #13 hole at the golf course and then back to the gym. Still dealing with PF pain in left foot. I'm wondering if I might need to just take more time off and just ride the bike. Did 7 machines at the gym.
