I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Only 1 mile on the treadmill, my right knee was in quite a bit of pain from a basketball injury on Monday, so I pretty much turned the treadmill off and went in and watched the Jazz lose to the Spurs.
SOunds like you better hang up the basket ball? I went and played church ball last week and it was brutal!!! Be careful out there, and thanks again for the gift certificate. Kellie went to buy some shoes but Steve was out of the ones that she wanted, so I think that she ordered some. Thanks again.
