I live in La Verkin, Utah. My wife, Sunny and I have 3 boys and 1 special little girl
I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Didn't feel like running all day. I haven't been feeling very good and both my right shin/knee and left calf were hurting most of the day. I finally went out and did just 3 easy miles, but didn't feel very good.

Yeah I hate those Mondays. The good news is at least you still got something and went out. Today felt much better.
