I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Another full day of roofing. I felt very sore this morning, probably worse than any recent race. I think I bruised some ribs with the fall yesterday.

Dustin, read your STG race report, it seems you are in great shape, another marathon coming up, vegas baby? Always tough when the time does not reflect your conditioning. Have you worn calf sleeves, has completing stopped my cramping, "zoot" look funny, work great.
