9 easy miles this morning with Mike, Bill, Clyde, and James.  We met at Brentwood and ran out to Sand Hollow, Clyde extended around the lake, but the rest of us cut over the dam and then came back on the road.  The place was very busy with the tri going on.  The run felt pretty good and little hip pain at the end.

Dustin, thanks for the run. Always awesome to run with you. So, I really think your lookin pretty good for Ogden. Either way, should be a fun trip.
