4 miles tonight, got home late from our trip to Southern California so I only did a short run, had some knee issues. Also my stomach wasn't feeling too good from all the junk food I ate over the last four days. Just when I start training good and eating good I go on some trip and get my schedule thrown off. Hopefully, things will slow down the next month with school starting back up. I'm planning on running the Provo Half this Saturday, so hopefully I can drop a few pounds the next few days and get my body to feeling ready to race again. |
