Went and played ball this morning. I'm thinking about doing some 1600m repeats this afternoon, we'll see how I feel. Well, I ran over to the high school and thought about doing some speed, but the body was just feeling too sore, so I decided it would be better just to take it easy and hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow. I don't really know what it is, just feeling lots of pain in the legs, and hips.
