I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Ran to the church then played basketball for an hour, good break from running this morning.
Ran over to Hurricane City Park and back. Nice run, a hot still even at 9:00 pm. Didn't run with a watch just some old school hip hop on the ipod.

B Ball is an awesome workout. Like you said keeps it fun. So, 5 am at Brentwood tomorrow? That works for me, I have to be to work by 9am.
