Had a hard time getting up and moving this morning. Did manage to get in 6.5 miles, will do another run tonight. Legs stiff from the drive home yesterday.

Another 6.5 miles tonight.  Ran up to the 600 North Trailhead, then back home extended a little through Pheasant Glen

Dustin, I am running bryce, and the speedster series races, plus SGM. Are you running bryce? It sounds like there will be a lot a people running bryce this year. good luck with your training.

Not going to be able to do Bryce. Probably going to do Enterprise 10K and the Provo River Half in August.
