Good run tonight, actually two different runs.  I ran out to my school in 32:00 4.5 miles 7:06 average, so I was happy with that a little quicker than I usually run.  Then I put some grades in the computer for about 20 minutes, used the bathroom, got a drink and then ran 4.5 miles home, pushed to run negative split home hit 31:17 so a 6:57 average.

Dustin I am not running the Spectrum 10k, my wife is going to run it with some of her friends. So it will be a girl trip only. That is why I need to run the Relay or the Hurricane Half. I am running the Ogden Half so I would rather not run Hurricane 2 weeks before Ogden. Great job on the run today!
