I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
7 miles out and back on 600 North Trail did this run at 3 pm, so still very hot outside.

I was low 149 the other night after my workout. The weight just has not come off this year, like in years past.
