Best run in 2009 so far.  I missed yesterday, so I went a little longer today, it was nice because I had a little more time tonight since I didn't do Driver's Education today.  I had Sunny drive me up to the start of the Hurricane Half and then I ran home, right at 10 miles.

1-7:08-gradual downhill

2-6:58

3-7:05

4-7:25 small hill

5-7:13

6-7:38 another hill

7-8:02 gradual hill

8-6:58 start of the downhill

9-6:21 steep downhill

10-6:36 first half gradual downhill, second half flat

 Overall time 1:11:32 average 7:09

I think this would be a good run to do more often as it gives me a variety of small gradual uphills, steep downhills, and some flat boring sections.

I felt pretty good except for my right hip, which I think might just be from a lack of stretching and also carrying some extra weight in the mid-section.  Anyway, glad to have this one in the bank and now I can enjoy watching the Jazz tonight.

Nice training run and good pace. It's nice to run on a route where your using different muscles in your feet.
