I teach 7th grade Utah History at Hurricane Intermediate School and Driver's Education at Millcreek High School.
Run up the La Verkin Twist then out toward the Cracks, then back on the highway. My right hip was really killing me, especially running downhill. Besides that and a fierce wind it was a pretty good run.
