Another very difficult night of sleeping. I've been taking all kinds of medicine, but nothing seems to be helping this cough. Anyway, hope to run a few easy miles tonight, then do a longer run tomorrow with the guys. The week started off great and I thought maybe I would hit 70 miles, this week, but it is looking more like I'll be around 60, which I guess is ok. I've been more consistent this year as compared to last year at this same time.

Well, I came home and slept for a few hours, still not feeling very good.  Really strange the muscles in my legs have been cramping up, even when I'm just laying down.

I did go out and run 5.5 miles tonight, but I'm not sure about doing the long run tomorrow with the guys.  I guess I'll see how the night goes.

Dustin, hope that stinkin bug goes away! I wish I was running with you guys on Sat, but headed to the Jazz game. Actually excited to go now with the victory last night. Good luck on Sat, have a great run!

60 is still good Dustin. Just get feeling better. However it's hard to feel good when your taking any meds. It's kind of a fine line.

You were the same last year at this time! It has to be allergies. I am feeling very wimpy this week. Only 60 miles. but that is ok. Next week i will bring on 70.

Maybe you should check that "Medicine" bottle. I dont think Coors helps with coughs.

Not even in small doses James?

Hope you get feeling better. I was hoping to try and hang with you next saturday. I know that there are a lot of people with allergies right now. Get better!
