Short-Term Running Goals:

Break through the 19 then 18 minute mark for 5K

Return to full speed track workouts

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

USATF Age Group All American times in 200 (24.6), 400 (56.0) and 800 (2:11)

Qualify and run Boston before I hit 50... but after I complete my sprint goals

Easy five on the trails.  Heel still bugging me so I continue to go every other day.  Still pretty sure its just PF so not gonna get too concerned just yet.

Early foggy morning track workout.  Mile and a half warm up, then 4x400 with the straights at race pace and float/recovery on the curves.  Full lap jog/walk between.  Little tougher than I hoped to get under 15 seconds on the 100 meter straight sections, but it was great running fast for a bit.
