Wind chill of 12 this morning so I wimped out - plus I didn't go to sleep until after 1am with the silly Noles waiting until the last second to win National Champs!  Ran on the 18-yr old treadmill in the garage at lunch - it only creaked and complained a little bit.  Didn't realize until after I finished that it was set to a nice incline - not a fancy one with digital incline readout or nuttin.

The incline being the slope in your garage?

Quite a game by the way - congrats to your 'Noles.

Thanks - I think Cynda tried to jynx it by texting me "Congrats!" before the clock went to zero. I replied this is Auburn we're talkin about! Much to her Roll Tide mother's distress, Cynda replied "Got a Second?" - ouch.

Probably a bit of both on the tread - slapped a level on the deck and it was pretty noticeable - relieved that it wasn't just me struggling to maintain 7 mph.

Loved the "got a second" reply!
