Ravine trail plus north loop clockwise, with middle 2.5 miles done at 1 minute on (about 5K race pace) and 1 minute off. Another nice coolish morning and good run to start the day.

Thanks, Rob. On occasion, like after running fairly hard yesterday, I notice some general soreness in the heel and ankle, which may be somewhat related to the PF issues?, but, no, haven't really had any pain along the bottom of the foot. whewwww
