Out the door fairly early for some repeat quarters in the neighborhood. Did 1 mile warmup at 8 min pace and then 8Xquarter mile, all between 78 and 88 (only 2 were above 82) with 3 minutes jog/walk rest. First time in past several weeks that I didn't intentionally ease off on #s 5 and 6 - was able to maintain sub 90 even on #6 that has a considerable uphill section. Very satisfying workout. |
