Gorgeous evening at the track today - bit breezy, but low humidity and low 70s - nice. Ran a bit more than a mile warmup and then a decent pyramid workout of 300 (52), 500 (1:29), 600 (1:56), 500 (1:28), 300 (48). Finished with 4 barefoot striders and two laps around the infield. Originally planned a 1K at the top spot, but going through the 400 at 80 seconds felt way too rough, so I dug down and made it a fairly quick 600 instead. |
