USATF Age Group All American times in 200 (24.6), 400 (56.0) and 800 (2:11)

Qualify and run Boston before I hit 50... but after I complete my sprint goals

Flew back into Tampa on Sunday, drove to Gainesville to visit the daughter-child, and then home yesterday.  Wee bit jet-lagged, but struggled out of bed at 0630 to get in 4 miles on the neighborhood roads.  Might run the community division 5K at the all-comers meet at our home course on Thurs - we'll see.

Sounds like a great trip Doug. I've been married for going on 17 years. Problem is we had child #1 when I was 36 and child #2 when I was 41. So it will be quite a while before we take a solo vacation to Hawaii.

But we did have a lot of fun for 6 years before Abby came along... not that kids aren't fun of course.

Welcome home - probably passed you going south from Gainesville on Sunday where we did the family/parents weekend thing.

I find it kinda cool that our daughters hang out together from time to time.

Have you seen the gym they have on campus at UF? Very nice.
