Plyometrics this morning - no real issues with the knee. Will run 3 hard this evening followed by 6-8 fast striders... unless the knee complains at some point along the way. In the evening, I did just over 2 miles at a bit under 7 min/mile and then 2 X 180 meter hills and 4 striders, followed by an easy half mile. This was a good day. With a few degrees more warmth, I would probably do 3-3.5 hard before the hills/sprints. |
