| | Workout today. warmup, drills, 2 mile warmup, strides, then the plan was 6x1k @2:47-3:15 w 2:00 rest, then 2x400m @3k pace w 3:00 rest. Coach ended up shortening the workout because it was looking like we were struggling because of the wind. Ended up being 5x1k. I hit 3:08, 3:11, 3:22, 3:19, 3:15 for an avg of 3:15. Ended up being more like 90sec rest for me, because coach started the recovery when the first guy comes through and they were hitting like low 2:50s. Glad to have averaged within the range, even if it was the slower end of the range. Then cooled down 3.8 with josh, kasey, mark, and aidan. Legs are tired; gotta recover hard.

| | Morning: steeple practice. Warmed up and drills, then we graduated to the regulation height when we jumped the hurdles. I cleared them with okay form, the arms were all over the place, gotta tighten up the screws. Afternoon: warmup, drills, then 50% in walmart canyon with Liam, mark, and Mike, 6:47 avg. Felt good, legs are tired but it's all good, will recover. Good time. |

| | Detracted from something I'd normally do. Ran on the treadmill. For a long run. 12 freaking miles. I've failed myself officially. Nah it sucked but it was a good effort, 6:50 avg at retro fitness. I figured I didn't wanna get sick in the cold and I didn't want to slip and hurt anything so the treadmill was a decent option. Finished with some med ball work and light leg work, good stuff. |

| | Met up with Brady for 7 miles in walmart canyon, Then met with smiles and did park loop with 4x1min pickups at the end, felt strong. 6:41 avg on the day. |

| | Met with smiles for an easy 7, 7:13 avg. Ran dikes. Normally hate dikes but I haven't done it in a while. Conference has been going well, makes me a little jealous that I'm redshirting, but I know that Coach knows what's best. |
