Morning: steeple practice. Warmed up and drills, then we graduated to the regulation height when we jumped the hurdles. I cleared them with okay form, the arms were all over the place, gotta tighten up the screws. Afternoon: warmup, drills, then 50% in walmart canyon with Liam, mark, and Mike, 6:47 avg. Felt good, legs are tired but it's all good, will recover. Good time. |
