Short-Term Running Goals:

Run another marathon in 3:25 or better.

2 to 3 Marathons per year - Goal: 3:30 or better

1 to 2 Half-marathons per year:  1:32 or better

1 to 2 Ultra Runs per year:  At least one 50K

Have fun running and stay injury-free

Run Boston when I'm 60 years old

AM:  Ran 5.5 miles on the TM in 45 minutes.

PM: Ran 6 miles at CHS including 6x800 repeats at 3:07, 3:05, 3:15, 3:07, 3:05, and 3:14.  Felt a little tight but was happy with this speed workout.  I feel like I'm at around 85% recovered from my stress reaction.

Road stationary bike, use the EFX machine, and ran 5.7 miles on a day for cross-training and running.  Ran the first mile in 8:15, the next 4-miles in 29:15 (7:19/mile), and the final .7 mile at a 8 min/mile pace.
