Lunch run. Out & back. Ran the first mile with no stops but I stretched anyways since the next mile is uphill. I had to stop half way, the uphill hurts. I did a big stretch at the turn around and went too fast on mile 3. I luckily ran into people I knew at the park at ht e beginning of mile 4. We (me) yapped for 15 minutes. The last mile felt better.
My first 4 miles or more in a very long time.
