1 200m row/run 2 Handstand Pushups 3 Thrusters (95#) 4 Burpees 5 Pullups 6 Bar Dips 7 Wall Balls (15#) 8 Kettlebell Swings (55#) 9 Box Jumps (24") 10 Pushups 11 Push Press (95#) 12 Turkish Getups (35#)
**The workout is performed just like the song- 1 then 2-1, then 3-2-1, then 4-3-2-1 and so on….up to 12
My WOD completion time was 43:32. I did a 400 WU and 400 CD run. I modified this a little; the run was suppose to be 100m, I only had a 15# medicine ball instead of a 20#, and I had to move down to a 35# kb on the turkish getups because I couldn't get off the ground with a 55 or 45# kb. This was another exhausting crossfit WOD. Merry Christmas!! |
