AM - Biked on trainer for 45 min
PM - Spin class for 45 min. Transitioned to a 6 mile run on treadmill (8:57 pace)
Pioneer Hills 6 repeats 6:25, 6:24, 6:26, 6:39, 6:35, 6:38
AM - Swim 2100yds of 500 warm-up, 5X100 (1:55), 4X100 (1:50), 600 cool down with breathing drills. Transition run after swim (9:05 pace).
PM - Bike Trainer for 50 min (approx 17 miles)
AM - Ran the IM course to practice my hill techniques. I was very cold out!! I tried to ride the bike right after the run... I got about 2 miles before I realized it was TOO COLD!!!. I rode the trainer for 1.5 hours.
