If I had done any hill, speed, tempo, and long runs, this year could had been a much better race. I wanted to quit at mile 12, 16, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 25.2, 25.5, 26, and 26.1!! The down hill tore me up and I had muscle hurting that have neither ever hurt before or I forgot I had. Good Race!! ;)
