Mark, Britnee, and I ran from Coral Cyn up and through Quail Reservior and then over to Harrisburg back to Coral Cyn. Very Cold morning... I should have worn more clothing! Still fighting this dang cold. When I got home, I should have went back to bed, but I had to go bike riding. I rode up to Winchester Hills (13 miles uphill) to Meet John and Katie. We then did the Snow Cyn Park loop (18 miles), and then I rode home (13 miles fast!!!) I hope I feel better next week. |
