Lunch time run in the sun. This was a recovery run to loosen me up for the track tomorrow! Cathy ran with me for 1.2 miles until she turned back. The second mile had a quarter mile hill at the end of it. I turned around at the top and came back home. The first half of the third mile was at a 7:30 pace.
