Spun on a stationary bike for 25 min at the resort before my run. I ran the IM course in Oceanside. Wet, Windy, and Easy. I love running at sea level! The slower times in the middle were rollers.

Splits: 7:28, 7:33, 7:43, 7:47, 7:31, 7:31, 7:49
