AM - I was in spin class all by myself today. Craig has sore knees and Cathy is all munched up from her bike wreck yesterday. I ran 3 miles after spin on the TM at a 9:00 pace.
PM - Swim - I jacked up my shoulder yesterday so I focused on kicks. I had fins on the entire workout. Even when I did free-style I used legs more than arms.
