Cross training day to give my leg a break... Not literally... I usually go for 50 minutes but I had no desire to swim back and forth for 50 min so I decided to do some interval stuff. I did 2x300 at about 4:57, then I did 4x200 at about 3:13 followed by 5x50 at 42 seconds per. It was a bit tiring but I was able to keep my splits almost exact. I guess runners have a knack for hitting splits with all the speed work. |
