Little swim at the base pool.  Did some intervals while practicing my spotting.

Went for an out and back run on Antelope Drive.  Run felt really good for the first 3 miles with an AP of about 7:00.  On the way back my energy was gone for about the last mile and a half.  I think when it's that hot even 6 miles merits the use of a fuel belt with a gel or a blok.
