Nice swim and run at the base gym :)
This was boring...
Nice little trip to the base gym. Did 3 on the treadmill without any pain or problems really. I was keeping about a 7:20 pace and felt just dandy.
Used the spin bike by myself for 20 minutes... I was raining. No towel... Gross
Ran 5! on the Hill AFB path with Rebecca. It felt good to go that far and there was no pain! After that I went and did some lifting with the leggies. It was a good workout for me :)
