I actually hit my goal for the day. I decided to go run on the base track. That way if it started to hurt I could stop and go do the elliptical. I was able to run the full distance with little pain. There was some tightness but that's about it. That pretty much sums up my training. Next week I just need to focus on healing this thing so I can run the full. I may finish with a sore Achilles but it'll be worth it. |
