Hey baller pimps! Sorry for my lack of blogness. This last week was a beast creature! I will say that I worked out two WHOLE times this last week! Yes! Lately I have been sticking just to swimming. I am going to get an MRI done as soon as Tricare authorizes it, but until then I will stay away from anything that involves any kind of pressure to the leg.
Last week I swam twice. Each time was about a mile I believe. I also was still able to get lifts in for the major muscle groups that do not include the legs (for reasons mentioned above). I did indeed go swimming with Becca last Tues. The only reason I went faster was because I was in my jet-ski speedo shorts and she was in her running clothes. I think we had both pretty much mutilated our arms in the weight room. Today was biceps and back along with a mile swim. I went 12 laps and then 4 sets of 6. The sets went 5:24, 5:20, 5:14, and 4:48. The last one was beastly but fun. Good times :)
