Spring Break is in progress which means no organized practice. That means that we have to do the workout on our own... That means it sucks. Speed work by yourself is never fun. He had me doing fartleks today. Went to Liberty and did 6x3 mins hard with 2 mins recovery jog in between. I was keeping an AP of low 5:40's during the 3 mins. My legs aren't totally fresh after Saturday but it was a good workout. During one of my recoveries, a skateboarder came by and said, "Dude... How fast can you run?? Just wondering... You were bookin it a second ago!" If any of you know how to respond to that question then let me know. I wasn't sure if he wanted a mile time, a race time, MPH, or AP so I just said, "I dunno" and continued on my merry way. <--- Did everyone see my new picture??
