Ran my PFA (Physical Fitness Assessment) for the AFROTC today. Not too bad. Did 75 push ups in a minute, 74 sit ups and did the 1.5 mile run in 8:35. Not my best but considering the amount of running i have been doing it's pretty good. My shin didn't like it too much though. Swimming was normal... 3 sets of 12 laps with about 1 minute of rest in between. |
