Coach said it was an easier workout but it sure didn't feel easier. Perhaps my legs were still a bit tired from Sat. Did 2x1000 meters first. Hit the 800 at about 2:35 and then finished 200. Then did 2x800 at the same pace. Finished it off with 4x400. First 2 were about 74 and the second two were 70. I was done. |
