 STEINER WITH REBECCA "THE RADCLIFFE" RAMPTON!!! 

So the elliptical told me I did almost 7 miles but I don't count those.  It was a good workout today.  Steiner Aquatic center found a way to make a never ending pool.  I wasn't aware that technology existed.  50 meter pools are a whole different ball game but I really enjoyed it!

Yes, yes, that pool was different. The pool also attracted a new field of athletes in my opinion, including some freakish looking cow-dog.

I liked it when you just stopped right in front of my TM. I was running in place David... I'm pretty sure you thought I would stop because you were standing right in front of me. Maybe next time.
