8.15 miles 4:50am start. Temps were good, legs were slow. I've made the determination that all I have been doing for quite some time now is base type of miles. I plan on continuing this until the new year. I would then like to get into a structured marathon training program for Boston. I have the "Advanced Marathon Training" book by Pete Pfitzinger..... does anyone have any experience with the training plans within? 7:51 avg. |
