After work 2.2 miles to Pratt's Brook loop and back - 20:24. I've got some lower belly pain that is nagging me right now. Wish I knew what it was.... feels like I've done a million sit-ups and can't get a full breath.
Went to the Gym with Wifey! Chest and Back. Finished the workout with 2 miles on the treadmill. It was my first time running on the gym treadmill..... seems like a lot of people knock the mill, but I actually enjoyed being able to look in the mirror and see my stride. I wouldn't be able to do it all the time, but in a pinch, it works.
