Felt great this morning! 7am and no sun with a slight cool breeze. I didn't push the pace, but the run felt effortless. Breathing was controlled and easy. I love these days!

70 degrees @ 4:30am this morning. Still humid as balls.... but bearable. I ran 5.45 miles in 41:27 minutes which according to my pace calculator was a 7:36 pace. I really would love to get myself a GPS watch to determine what my actual splits are. The problem is that I still have to feed my 4 and 6yr old daughters.... I thought that this needing to eat phase would end by now. Oh well, if any of you running fools out there can suggest a good bargain GPS watch I would appreciate it.
