I ran the first mile on the treadmill since it was raining outside, but bailed on that idea. Ran the next eight and change outside..... best decision all weekend. 7:32 avg.

Good call getting outside, especially after you did all that TM running this past winter. Was it still raining when you got outside?

Hey Rhett,
It was still raining and about 50 degrees out. Right around the perfect temperature for me. It was also one of those runs that just came easy..... very rare these days.

50 degrees on June 28 - nice! Rainy runs are the best unless it's sub-40 or so...then a little painful.

Hi DZ,
I'm coming back. Good to see you still running strong!
