I'm running the Gate City Marathon in Nashua NH. It's a tiny little marathon... only in its 2nd year.

A tiny little marathon? It's still 26.2 miles, right? :-)
I wish it was two weeks later I would come up there on the way to Maine and pace you for a stretch.

Tom... I thought I was ready for a PR in Boston last year and a combination of overestimating my fitness and hamstring cramps crushed that dream. I would love to run a 3:0? and maybe then put in a real training cycle (tempos, interval, speedwork) for a sub 3 in my next one.
Jason... I could use some pacing help. When I ran my 3:11, I think I did a decent job pace wise. I think I'll ease in to this marathon and see what happens.
