I didn't think that I was going to get a run in today as my wife had to work early, but my mother ended up stopping by and offered to watch the girls if I wanted to run.  I love it when the running stars align!

I got caught in another downpour during my run........ so I turned my head to the clouds and said "thanks Mother Nature you rule!"
