Home today. 2 mile warm up. 3x1mile at lactate threshold (9mph) with 1 minute rests. 4x3 minutes at VO2max (9.5-9.8mph) with 2 minute rests. 6x200 meters anaerobic with 200 meter rests. Mile-ish cooldown. Feeling better now than when I started the workout, so that's good I think! (10.59 in 1:15:30)
