AM - Taking a day off to take care of recovering wife and sick baby. And running more than I would otherwise on a typical Monday :) 10.55 miles
PM - 4.5 miles on the treadmill
AM - Did preprogrammed routes on the treadmill today: Monterrey coast and then Cape Cod. The latter was more difficult than I expected.
PM - 7 miles on the treadmill
Complete rest day. I woke up very sore, a lot more sore than I would've expected. I am guessing it is from increased mileage, so I will just relax a bit.

2 hours on the treadmill. 5x1mile @ LT then 7x30second repetitions. Felt really good this morning. A lot better than Wednesday.
